Share Your WiFi Password Easily [Android]

Instead of having to tell your friend how the password is spelled, use this:

For phones with Android 10 and newer, you can just share your Wi-Fi password by letting your friends scan it from your phone.

Using your Android phone that is connected to the Wi-Fi:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Wi-Fi (or Network & Internet, then Internet)
  • Choose the network you want to share
  • Have your friend scan the QR code with their phone
